Description

This is an RFP for the provision of consulting services related to the project. This project will involve the following. 

As per Chiller condition study (attached as Appendix 7 of this RFP), as per option #4 because it will provide a new energy efficient chiller plant that is redundant and expandable. The existing antiquated and substantially oversized system will be moved reducing the operating cost and anticipated maintenance cost. York has indicated in the event of a chiller motor failure, the only option would be to replace the entire driveline or replace the chiller.
