The Stairwell at the rear of the Library & Archives is in need of upgrades. The cement is decaying throughout the whole stairwell and attacking its basic structure. A study must be completed to identify the underlying root cause for the deterioration of the stairwell and then a plan of action must be developed to implement the needed repairs.
