The design portion of this project will see plans and specs developed to permit a contractor to remove and replace with new exterior lighting to modern day standards. The design will include a full survey of the bases with recommendations to repair or replace based on condition. The existing bases where recommended for re-usage will be matched to the proposed new lighting poles.
