Description

Statement of Work/Overview:
Replace existing engineered air cool only roof top units with new pre-packaged heat/cool gas fired units.
Reconfigure the existing ductwork systems to suit the new zoning and load requirements. Remove two
roof mounted exhaust fans and replace the third one. Rebalance the air systems to match the new
requirements upon completion. Install new controls for proposed VVT dampers and rooftop heat/cool
units to permit control of the system. Install new natural gas piping for the heating function.

All Proponents MUST arrive on time and MUST stay for the entire Mandatory Site Visit. Any Proponent that arrives late or does not stay for the entire Mandatory Site Visit Will be considered noncompliant.

In the event that less than three Proponents attend the site tour, BGIS may cancel the solicitation or schedule an alternative site tour.
