GOC26336264 - Supply & Install duress alarm system at 457 Richmond St, London

Mandatory:  bidders are to provide proof of company security clearance as authorized by CSID upon submission of bid. Suppliers will be expected to hold a company clearance of DOS and individual clearance of Enhanced Reliability

• Supplier to provide 18 mobile (wireless) pendants/fobs
• A wired duress button should be installed at the welcome point, each service-counter and in each interview room.
• A red warning light should be installed as per table below.
• Components Required
  • Intrusion alarm
    • ensure that a DSC-PC4000 series panel with wireless is installed with enough capacity
  • Duress Alarm
    • ensure the duress alram is supported by both wireless, and wired suggested capacity and footprint
    • ensure that the instruion and duress alarm systems are integrated
  • Install - a CA38A Jack (landline telephone) for the DSC PC4000 series panel
  • Check to ensure that there is power to the main panel
    • Check to ensure that there is an exisisting back-up battery attached to the system
  •  ensure that there is a digital display
    • Adressable/programmable
    • enure that it interfaces with the duress system (to p. to pinpoint the exact location where the duress alarm was triggered)

    • Contact site / office management to advise that police have been notified (possibly via ‘push notification’ to BlackBerry or smartphone app)

  • Maintenance/Repair:
    • Critical system-failure:  < 8 hours
