Description

Consulting Services for the following project.

This project would replace the obsolete controls for the chillers. In addition 8 gate valves to be installed for chiller #1. To interface the existing cooling towers and dry coolers to the BAS. Add a VSD to the other chilled water pump. Add a reservoir for the condenser water. Study(preplanning) completed in 13-14. Exisitng controllers are obsolete for chillers 2 and 3 , chiller 1 has been done. Controllers should be installed on Emergency Power and an Eddy test should be completed as part of this project. From the consultant we will require an updated single line diagram. Interface dry collersand cooling towers to BAS.
