Window sills are coming apart, there are about 15 windows in total and there is a health and safety risk as well as potential for water to enter building from around windows. Sill are to be replaced/repaired with suitable material. Investigation to be completed to determine cause of window sill deterioration and if additional damage present within exterior wall.
