GOC325515-25 St Clair Ave E Toronto - Replace waterproofing membrane, re-slope steps; install trench drain and install new door thresholds. At present when there is heavy rains or snow, water starts to accumulate at the 25 side front entrance and the 27 side front entrance (Canada Post) and then penetrates through the interior slab.  There is also water penetrating through the slab at the front entrance 55 side of the building. Multi Year project with plans & specs this year & Construction next fiscal year 2.;
GOC325516- 25 St Clair Ave E Toronto - Reconstruct concrete dividing wall to prevent further movement of the wall into the parking garage to avoid a possible collapse of this wall. Loading dock suspended slab has moderate levels of corrosion and related deterioration due to a general breakdown in the waterproofing system which has reached the end of it's effective service life. FULL Implementation this year.
GOC325540-74 James St Parry Sound - To replace all roofing areas due to a recent investigation showing water infiltaration in all roof areas. A resent thermoscan of the site has shown moisture below the liner that is caused by fasteners backing out causing small penetrations on the whole roofing system. This project has been added due to the resent change in current condition of the roofing system, if this project goes ahead PW 156660 should be recalculated.The roof reports are located on site due to being to large a file to attach. Multi Year project with plans & specs this year & Construction next fiscal year 2.
GOC325623- 200 Town Centre Court Toronto - Replace all 3 main vertical rain water drain lines in the lower level and provide details of stormwater system. FULL Implementation this year.
