Description

Statement of Work/Overview:
Project has had an Investment Analysis Report created in 2014-15. Scope is based on compliance with National Building Code. Upgrade fire stopping and fire separations throughout facility to comply. Successful proponent will need to assess adequacy of fire separations and fire stopping in the building. Scope will include doors, door openings, and hardware for stairwell doors, fire exit doors, doors to mechanical rooms, electrical rooms and janitor’s closets. Also, noted penetrations in mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, janitor’s closets, and vertical shafts and ducts must be fire stopped at the appropriate fire rating.
