Description

Improve efficiency of yard lighting and ensure lighting levels meet code requirements. Existing lights to be replaced with LED fixtures, lighting levels to be assessed to justify proposed reinstatement of two additional light standards on existing foundations (integrity of foundations to be confirmed) and existing photocell to be relocated to improve access for maintenance. For maintenance purposes, add two GFI electrical receptacles to the exterior of the building (one front, one back) fed from dedicated individual circuits so they can be isolated when not required.
