GOC325898, GOC325911 - Replacement of Emergency Power Transfer Switches / Connect AHU's to Emergency Po

GOC325898 - Provide full engineering, design and construction administration services suitable to allow for replacement of the obsolete and end of life 30A Robonic transfer switch and the replacement of controllers for 3 other switches. Consultant will need to evaluate the risk associated with the work to determine whether or not a rental generator would be required to mitigate the potential loss of normal power during switch replacement. The I&R would include evaluation on the feasibility of connecting a grade level tap box for connecting load banks and or rental generators.
GOC325911-Provide I&R on the feasibility of connecting HVAC loads to the Life Safety Generator(s). Would include, but not necessarily be limited to, a full evaluation of the existing conditions,current loading, available capacity, ability to connect loads from one generator to the other, the calculated increase in load from the hot deck units. Reference to applicable codes, standards, guidelines, regulations as to why or why not the hot deck could be connected and associated risk evaluation.  Report would also include terms of reference and scope statement for initiating a design tender.
