Description

Cyclical project to refurbish the windows at the East Memorial Building on the 6th floor. A study was completed in 2010 and a priority list was established to seal the single pane windows from the inside. The process consists of building in interior frame and sealing with the existing Heritage Windows with new glazing. The design was approved by FHBRO and the 1st floor was completed in 2011-12, the 2nd floor will be completed in 2012-2013 and 5th floor 2014-2015. There are a total of 387 windows units affected in the entire building and the priority list should be consulted and reviewed and updated as upgrades are conducted.
