Description

At present there are 2 water mains at the edge of the property that are enclosed in 2 "hot boxes". These boxes are a series of metal removable panels that has approx. 3/4 inch of spray on foam applied to one side. There are 3 electric convection heaters in each box to provide heat to prevent the above ground water mains from freezing. This set up is not energy efficient - you can see light through the joints of the removable panels meaning we are literally heating the outdoors. As well, the R factor on spray foam is minimal. Insulate piping to reduce energy losses and to reduce the possibility of freezing

A maximum of five representatives of each Respondent are permitted to attend the site visit. A Respondent is required to provide the names of the representatives who will attend no later than noon Friday July 3, 2015. No electronic recording devices of any kind are permitted during the site visit.
