Description

Scope of work is minor tenant improvements as per plans and specifications issued by PD Group Interior Design.

The successful consultant is responsible to confirm the proposed design meets all the client’s requirements, and revise the drawings and specifications as required, in accordance with PWGSC/CRA CADD standards, and as per Brookfield GIS terms and conditions.

The Project is currently at Tender Ready however there has been a request for a minor scope change ‐ door not being installed between 1 D35-D34. The successful consultant must revise the plans and specifications as required.

During review of the tender package conducted by Property Management Services (PMS), it was mentioned that there could be an issue with heating of the proposed office space. It is the responsibility of the successful consultant to confirm that the proposed design does address this concern, and/or revise the plans and specifications as required.
