GOC325578 - Generator Replacement

Statement of Work/Overview:
Supply and install an emergency power generator, transfer switch, engine controller and other associated equipment and controls. This equipment will supply power when main electrical utility grid power is interrupted.  Current unit is a diesel unit and is located in the basement. The generator provides emergency power to the fire pump, fire panel, emergency and exit lights and other life safety systems, boiler, heating pumps, one roof top heat unit and the MCTS computer and equipment and various Departmental LAN Rooms. Note: Generator is at full capacity. Intent is to install a larger unit than what is currently installed to allow for future expansion.  As assessment should be undertaken as to the current condition and remaining life of the existing diesel storage tank. Replace the tank as well if warranted.
