Statement of Work/Overview:

GOC327247 - Upgrade Roof Membrane
The scope of work is to upgrade the roof membrane at this building. The current roof is a two‐ply torched on SBS roof membrane installed over fibre board and tapered rigid insulation. This upgrade will be for the entire roof.

GOC327250 – Upgrade Windows
The scope of work is to upgrade the existing single panel aluminum windows with double‐glazed windows. The east and south elevations plus one half of the west elevation have non‐load bearing aluminum frame curtain walls with metal panel inserts and single glazed window units.

GOC327251 - Re-Point Brick and Clean The Exterior brick and Resurface Exterior Panels
The scope of this project is to clean and re‐point the exterior brick work. 

The Consultant must prepare and Investment Analysis report(s) (IAR) for each project. Please see Appendix 7 for IAR template.

The timezone listed in the RFP documentation is Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). The timezone listed in Merx is
Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). Please be aware of the appropriate closing dates and times according to the RFP
documentation PDT.

The Consultant will also submit a fee breakdown for each project based on the total services. Please see
Appendix 7 for Fee Breakdown and attach to Appendix 2 with your submission.
