Description

The project scope is the replacement of both domestic hot water storage tanks and hot water boilers located within Building 10 penthouse as indicated on consultant drawings and specifications including ventilation, electrical and associated components. Replacement is required as one hot water storage tank has failed, and the second is expected to fail shortly. The boilers are nearing end of life are being replaced with higher efficient units.

Each firm will be limited to a maximum allocation of two attendees for this showing. Minimum Reliability is required to access the construction site. Escorting of un-cleared personnel is NOT permitted.

Respondents are requested to meet Dave Sprung (613-862-8287) at Building #10 Entrance located at 60 Moodie Drive. Paid parking is available in parking lot “X”. Bidders will require government issued photo ID to sign in with security and to sign the mandatory on site Visit Attendance Sheet.
