GOC333259 – Exterior Door & FOB System Upgrade
The objectives of the project are: Remove programming of all exterior doors of building from current tenant key scan/FOB system to base building for enhanced building security. Programming is to remain the same as current so no changes will be required for key scan cards in use at this time. New program will be monitored by DDC system. ‐Back up and export all existing Keyscan data from the Tenant Keyscan Access Control System Server/Workstation as it relates to only the doors that are being migrated to the new Base Building Keyscan Access Control system. Doors to be changed over are: 1) loading dock, 2) main Seymour doors, 3) corner of 3rd & Seymour 4) 3rd street and 5) Warehouse doors.

Supply and install 2 new aluminum storefront entry doors to upgrade existing doors on Seymour street. Finish and hardware to match existing, glass units in doors to be double glazed, laminated sealed units, tempered and diffuse. Replaceable weather stripping is to be included on any movable sections where they close on a fixed frame or building component.

New closers to 3rd street entry to be provided and handicap operator for Seymour street.

Electrical disconnects and reconnects included along with removal of RTE device on 3rd street and repairs to walls.

The Consultant must prepare an Investment Analysis report (IAR) for the project. Please see Appendix 7 for IAR template.

The time zone listed in the RFP documentation is Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). The time zone listed in Merx is Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). Please be aware of the appropriate closing dates and times according to the RFP documentation PDT.
