Statement of Work/Overview:

GOC327268 – Group Re-Lamping & Re-Ballasting
The scope of the project is for re-lamping and re-ballasting on floors 11-18 inclusively.

To minimize ongoing replacement costs, increase lighting levels, clean lighting fixtures and minimize disruption to tenants for lamp and ballast changes. Also may result in lower wattage lamps being used (depending on existing lighting levels) that will save energy.

The Consultant must prepare an Investment Analysis report (IAR) for the project. Please see Appendix 7 for IAR template.

The time zone listed in the RFP documentation is Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). The time zone listed in Merx is Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). Please be aware of the appropriate closing dates and times according to the RFP documentation PDT.
