The objective of this project is provide a net mesh system that would prevent pigeons from accessing these spaces. The nets shall be invisible (clear) and compliant with Federal Heritage Building standards. Scope of work includes: 1- Applying a pesticide to treat the insects and mites that may be present, remove the contaminants to the best of their ability, and disinfect the surfaces with an approved sanitizer / disinfectant suitable for the killing all harmful bacteria associated with bird feces & urine. 2- Provide and install Pigeon size and larger bird size Exclusion Services to the 5 Enclosure areas using Bird Barrier Brand 2’’ clear netting and all stainless attachments. Install as per manufacturer's standards. 3- Provide and install 4 Eagle eye Visual Deterrents to the rooftop which are to be not visible from ground level. 4- Install open turnbuckle attachments to the nets and add zippers in specified areas so that these areas are accessible. 5- shall supply and control all cleaning materials, pesticides, equipment, tools, portable and motorized equipment, scaffolding, scissor jacks, chemicals and occupational protective clothing and footwear. 6- While working on site, contractor employees are to wear CSA Approved Grade 1 (Green Triangle) Protective Footwear and CSA Approved Safety Helmets.NOTE: The Time Zone in MERX is incorrect.
