GOC333471 - Install AC in Detachment

• Install split AC Heat Pump with 2 heads in building. Contractor to install an inverter duty unit.
• Condenser unit to be mounted on exterior wall at ground level to allow easy maintenance, but sufficiently elevated off the ground to prevent snow accumulation.
• NEMA Type 3R disconnect switch to be installed at condenser.
• Install exposed refrigerant piping, power wiring and condensate piping (outside and inside), in PVC ducted Lineset.
• Firestop and weather seal wall penetrations as necessary.
• Patch, paint to match existing where walls, ceilings, floors are damaged by installation
• Contractor responsible for the installation, start-up and commission of above mentioned mini-split system.
• All electrical work must be performed by a licensed electrician. Certification to be provided with H&S documentation prior to start of work.
• Contractor responsible to provide Start-Up and Test Reports of above mentioned mini-split system.
• Contractor responsible to follow Federal Halocarbon regulations and refrigeration work can only be performed by a licensed, manufacturer qualified technician.
• Contractor responsible to complete BGIS ODS Tag and BGIS CMMS Equipment Information Form
