Description

From a Roof Survey conducted in October 2010, it was noted both sections of this two section roof have blisters forming on the base lines. These areas should be repaired along with caulking on the metal joints in roof section #1.

Combined with this project, installation of guardrails around the unguarded ladder to the first roof level is recommended to bring the roof up to WCB Roof Regulations for Fall protection.
