Additional Bidding Instructions

1. Respondents are advised that this Merx solicitation contains two (2) individual RFP’s. They are as follows:

a. GOC326815 – Install Preaction System, and

b. GOC326863 – Arc Flash Coordination Study and Short Circuit Device Evaluation.

2. Respondents are hereby advised that their submitted bid must contain individual responses to both RFP’s to be considered for award. For further clarity, if a Respondent submits a response to only one (1) of the above RFP’s that Respondent will be deemed non‐compliant and not evaluated.
