Consulting Services

TAB contractor to investigate problematic zones and troubleshoot supply air volume amounts and air changes into the 2nd floor space, zone 8A and 8B in particular. Possible rebalancing of the 22 variable air volume terminal boxes and reprogramming of the minimum and maximum air volume amounts on the building DDC system is required.

Adjustments to respective zone dampers may be necessary. Balancing contractor to complete preliminary air balancing of area, determine trouble areas and resolve as necessary in coordination with the design engineer and DDC contractor. Confirmation design provides sufficient supply air.
