GOC377085 Contractor Services - Replace Hydronic Valves

 
1. Local isolation of existing valves.
2. Draining hydronic fluid from isolated piping.
3. Removal and disposal of existing valves.
4. Installation of new valves.
5. Re-connection of pneumatic controls for 3-way valves.
6. Re-filling hydronic fluid.
7. Re-commissioning system.
8. Installation of new insulated jackets on replaced valves.
9. Start-up and check of functioning system.
10. Any areas damaged during the demolition of the facility (cutouts, patching, holes) must be repaired to its original state.
11. Cover and seal any penetrations during the work.
12. Remove any waste material of site and dispose of properly.
13. Includes start-up, commissioning and training of all new systems installed.
14. All materials and workmanship must be as per stamped plans and specifications.
