Description

Project overview:

Perform thermographic scans of the buildings for heat loss assessment

Project objective:

Perform a thermographic scans of all buildings on the Carling Campus to record and analyze the location and extent of heat loss.

The results of this investigative work is intended to help identify target areas for improving the thermal performance of the building envelop, and thus the efficiency and effectiveness of the climate controls within these buildings.

Required consulting services:

Perform a thermographic scans of all buildings on the Carling Campus as per section 02 27 13 of the National Master Specification.

Provide a detailed report of findings, 3 hard copies and 1 electronic copy.

Provide a fixed fee expressed as a lump sum for the project as described. This lump sum is to be considered the maximum fee for services and shall be all inclusive, i.e. inclusive of all the applicable consultant’s and sub-consultant’s salary costs, general and overhead expenses, out of pocket expenses, disbursements (including any travel, meals, courier, reproduction costs, etc.) and profits.
