Description

Remove existing materials (i.e., unit pavers, sand bedding, and any drainage board) and expose existing waterproof membrane.
Remove all loose materials to provide a sound substrate to install new waterproof membrane.
Install a new drainage board to allow proper drainage under the pavers.
Remove existing drains and install new 2‐stage drains
Remove existing metal flashing along the curtain wall system and install new one to match existing.
Reinstall unit pavers in the same pattern and configuration as the existing ones.
Work to be completed and coordinated in 2 stages to allow public main entrance to be operating at all times.
