Description

Project intends to replace existing chillers with air-cooled + R134a refrigerant, including screw compressors and remote air cooled condenser; Unit to be Installed in penthouse mechanical room, which is to be upgraded with a refrigerant vapor detection system. The existing ventilation system and control sequence will need to be reworked accordingly, and to comply with CSA B52 Mechanical Refrigeration Code; It is estimated that the unit will have a cooling capacity of approximately 390 kW (110 ton).

This is a proposed multi-year Project with P&S completed in client Fiscal year 1 with construction in client fiscal year 2 upon their approval and funding allocation. Refer to project RFP and Scope of Requirements for additional information related to this project.
