Site visit is not mandatory but it is the bidder’s responsibility to be familiar with each assigned facility and their existing site condition prior to bidding.
Maintenance Technician Lead (MTL) for each building/facility will be available for each site visit if a bidder/or their company representative(s) need to visit several or a specific site.
Meet at 150 Notre Dame Avenue, Sudbury, Ontario in the main entrance lobby and sign the site visit attendance sheet.
