GOC326737,326810,326811,326820-DUR-RFP - Consulting Services - Service High & Low Voltage Systems 3Y and 6Y Maintenance

Provide Full Consulting Services as per Appendix A & Scope of Work as indicated in this RFP, for each project listed as below:                                                                                                                        
 
General scope of work for all sites is three and Six year servicing of high and low voltage including infra-red scan, tightening and cleaning of connections, updating panel directories, reporting of damaged and malfunctioning components as per CMMS PM job plans and schedule.  Repair or provide estimate to repair.  Shutdown during critical times could occur if servicing is not carried out.  Mandated maintenance.
 
Additional information as follows:
GOC326737 (Windsor) - The last 6 Yr maintenance was completed at this facility in 20092010. The PM for this maintenance work is scheduled for November 2015 in CMMS. Therefore construction should be scheduled to be completed by this time.
 
GOC326810 (Chatham) - The last 6 Yr maintenance was completed at this facility in 20092010. The PM for this maintenance work is scheduled for November 2015 in CMMS. Therefore construction should be scheduled to be completed by this time.
 
GOC326811 (Sarnia) - Work to performed after normal building hours. Sufficient notice required to Tenants to arrange total building power shutdown. Implement Arc Flash if not already completed.
 
GOC326820 (London) – No additional information listed.
 
Ensure the Above 6 Year 'De-Energized' Electrical Maintenance Inspection works are in alignment with the CMMS Preventative Maintenance Schedule, the National Electrical Code, and 'Electrical Safety Authority (ESA)' guidelines. An infrared-scan must be completed in the summer, during air conditioning season so as to capture maximum loading, or, sufficient load banking to be implemented by the consultant and their contractor to replicate same. The 'Single Line Diagram' must also be reviewed, updated, and posted from this inspection and maintenance work. Include a full ARC Flash analysis where applicable (potential for all 4 projects) and include labelling of all equipment from distribution to panel board equipment as necessary.
