CONSULTING SERVICES

GOC327285 – Water Management Improvements
The project is to design a water filtration system for particulate reduction in water system at building source, replace remaining toilet valves, and DDC monitoring system improvements.

There are a total of 28 toilets and 7 urinals in the building. There are 5 toilet valves and 2 urinal valves which already have been replaced. The building was built in 1966 and then retro-fitted adding a 3rd floor in 1997, bringing the total size of the building to 7,315 square meters.

The Consultant must prepare and Investment Analysis report(s) (IAR) for the project. Please see Appendix 7 for IAR template.

The time zone listed in the RFP documentation is Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). The time zone listed in Merx is Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). Please be aware of the appropriate closing dates and times according to the RFP documentation PDT.
