Note d’événement
1. Bidders are advised that there will be a MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager at the Mackenzie King entrance of 101 Colonel By, Ottawa ON.
2. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Amendment.
3. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. Government-issued photo ID will be required for sign-in.
4. Failure of a Bidder to attend a mandatory Site Visit, properly register, sign the BGIS Site Visit Sign-In Sheet and remain present for the duration of the Site Visit will entitle BGIS in its sole discretion to reject such Bidder’s Bid.
