Statement of Work/Overview:
Due to extensive water penetration over the years the exterior finish insulation systems (EFIS) has developed cracks and blisters in the exterior layers. Project scope includes investigation and recommendation/options to include removal of old caulking and sealant from expansion joints and apply new product to prevent further building damage and indoor air quality issues.
