Statement of Work/Overview:

Provide a Base Bid Price for total performance of specified roof replacement work to Section 07 52 16 (of “Issue for Tender” specification package and drawings) using RSI 5.28 (R-30) polyisocyanurate insulation, including all modifications required for a complete new roof system installation, for roof sections 31 and 33 at the Taxation Data Centre, located at 1050 Notre Dame Ave., Sudbury ON.
Refer to consultant generated plans and specifications for further detailed scope of work.

Addendum #1
Clarification:
Environmental consultant review of hazardous substances pertaining to the scope of work
area confirms NO presence of hazardous substance.
Official report to be provide to successful proponent upon award.
ALL OTHER ITEMS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME.

Site visit is OPTIONAL and it is the bidder’s responsibility to be familiar with each assigned facility and their existing site condition prior to bidding.

A building tech for the facility will be available for the site visit.
