  All Respondents interested in participating in the tender job showing are to register in advance by emailing full names, security clearance number, and phone numbers of attendee to procurement.carlingtunneys@bgis.com. Each firm will be limited to a maximum of two (2) attendees for this showing.
   
  Firms failing to pre-register within the stipulated time frame may not be granted access to the site on the date of job showing and therefore not able to submit a compliant bid.

  Respondents are to meet the Project Manager, Candace Chadwick (343-996-9748) at the DND Guardhouse #2 at the Carling Campus (60 Moodie Drive).
  
  Paid parking is available in Parking Lot C. Refer to the Campus Map that has been uploaded to MERX.
  
  Respondents will be required to:

  1. Provided government issued photo ID to sign in with DND security;
  2. Sign a mandatory Site Visitation Attendance Sheet; and
  3. Provide proof of Security Clearance- minimum Reliability required for access to campus.
