Statement of Work/Overview:
• GOC333052 Roof Replacement - 86 CLARENCE KINGSTON - Replace roof based on a recent annual roof inspection that identifies the roof membrane as starting to deteriorate. Several repairs have been completed over the last few years. A second opinion was resourced to provide a site condition report and Class D estimate. Multi Year Project with Plans & Specs Year 1 and Construction Year 2. Destructive/Intrusive testing to be conducted by Consultant prior to planning & design (Consultant to ensure heritage integrity is maintained at all times). Please refer to Heritage statement provided prior to commencing design +
• GOC333062 Roof Replacement - 294 KING ST EAST KINGSTON - Replace modified bitumen roof. Destructive/Intrusive testing to be conducted by Consultant prior to planning & design (Consultant to ensure heritage integrity is maintained at all times). Please refer to Heritage statement provided prior to commencing design.

Event Note
1. 86 Clarence will be reviewed immediately after 294 King St E. There is NO parking slot available at 294 King St East & 86 Clarence, please arrive 30 minutes early to have sufficient time to look for parking. Please DON'T be disruptive by arriving late at the mtg. The group will leave on time to go to the roof and if you are late, we will not be able to arrange for someone to pick you up from the lobby.
2. Each Consultant representative will be given a chance to view existing Roof condition per facility, one person at a time.
3. Each one has to observe the following Health & Safety Rules:
- Consultant sign in log must be completed with PM prior to leaving the site;Be aware of trip hazards on roof;Maintain at least 2 metres (6 feet 6 inches) from unprotected edges. Please note there is no existing roof anchor at these heritage buildings. Refer to site photos of existing site condition at Roof per facility as included in the RFP documents.
