Description

The scope of the project is for a consultant to review the existing site and provide a recommendation and design to install stationary ladders ( ANSI 14.3 ), roof railing system, and a key guard system for the flat roofs. It is incumbent on the consultant to determine an installation location for each of the fixed ladders. The fixed ladders and railing system are to be made from hot dipped galvanized steel. The consultant is also expected to make a recommendation and incorporate heat tracing for the eaves and downspouts at the facility, into the design. Please see the Requirement document for further information.
