Description

Lighting upgrade to energy efficient ballast and lighting fixtures - various detachment in Cape Breton including: Reserve Mines, Inverness, North Sydney, Baddeck, Arichat and Cheticamp. Design must meet RCMP PMM Standards as per the most recent RCMP PMM manual. Consultant must confirm if ceiling grid is metric or imperial during design stage. Interior (including cells) and exterior lighting is to be upgraded. Consultant to visit each site during design to confirm location and size of all fixtures. Some sites may have had recent upgrades, consultant to determine. Existing light fixtures may contain PCBs. Consultant to confirm and include proper disposal procedures in tender documents if required. Drawings not available for Arichat. Design to include emergency and exiting lighting to meet all federal and provincial requirements.
