Description

1- Modifications to building ventilation in Building 2 pilot plant area; Health and safety issue - improperly ventilated area. Propane tow motors drive under the pilot plant area and off gas Co2 which is leaking into the area where employees are working. An initial study will be needed to provide options in the HVAC requirements or construction repairs/modifications to the building to improve the quality of air.
2- Roto-clones are not all enclosed and the noise is higher than can be tolerated. Design a wall/sound baffle to reduce noise levels but still allow access and traverse the mezzanine and service the roto-clones. Possibly a garage type door or removable panels as enclosing the machines may cause overheating.
