GOC372613-CT - Floor Control Joints

The replacement of the expansion joints that are in critical conditions. These areas are the parking garage and the service levels. This replacement will implement similar detail of existing joint assembly for each location Also, some localized spots at the commercial level will need to be repaired. This will address the joint assembly hard element, the seal and the extruded foam. These items will be removed and replaced as needed. The construction will be completed in two or more phases to reduce the impact on parking users as much as possible.
