GOC338209 – Asbestos Test & Potential Abatement

Basement corridor floors are suspected to contain asbestos and will require abatement should the results return positive. Area is used by tenants and suspected asbestos is easily accessible. Floors to be resurfaced with no-slip surface after abatement.

The basement corridor is roughly 1,500 square foot – consultant to verify.

An Investment Analysis Report is required for the project – template is attached.
