GOC326850-DUR-RFP Re-issue - Consulting Services - Overhaul Trane Chiller

Statement of Work/Overview:
Overhaul 485 Ton 1998 Trane Centrifugal Chiller. Remove and replace refrigerant; Dismantle centrifugal compressor. Verification of inlet guide vane assembly, motor shaft, labyrinth seals, and impellers to factory specifications. Install new Trane compressor motor bearings. Clean and inspect lubrication system and economizer and liquid line flanges. Verification of controls and measuring devices, including overload controls, contactors, wiring, and other starter components. Reassemble of centrifugal compressor, auxiliary lines, sight glasses, with all new Trane gaskets. Install new Trane compressor motor bearings. Replace gaskets as required. Install motor terminal board. Assess age of chiller controller for parts replacement and upgrade to new controller if needed. Check condition of all water inlet and outlet shutoff valves and replace as necessary. Motor inspection, to factory specifications. Recondition motor if required.
