Description

Safety review of rooftop equipment maintenance and proper methods to assist contractors and staff to repair in safe manner. May require installation of guardrails, relocation of lighting, and or access bridges. Review of existing anchor points to bring up to code if required. Also review of other areas of the building (Interior/Exterior) for fall protection requirements as per the requirements document for each building. Study, Plans, Specs and Tender Documents to make tender ready.

Proposals are to be provided for each building individually and uploaded through MERX each as a separate file.

Mandatory Site Visit.
We will meet in main lobby at commissionaires desk. After Victory Building (269 Main Street) we will move to each location as listed below:
Stanley Knowles - 391 York Ave.
Macdonald Building - 344 Edmonton St.
Federal Records Centre - 1700 Inkster Blvd. (Names are required 48 Hours in advance for security prior to this walk through)
Consultants are responsible for their own transportation between buildings. We are planning 30 minutes for each location. All location visits are mandatory if bidding. Please note site visit is for Sept 1 2015 at 1:00pm (Central Time)
