Based on the information reviewed, the roof system has reached the end of its anticipated service life. Investing into maintenance and local repairs on these roofs will not significantly extend the anticipated service life. At this time, we recommend option 1 ‐ Roof Replacement with 2‐ply SBS roofing system. Please review RFP for more information
