Description

Locate and test all fire dampers in order to comply with mandatory maintenance program

(CMMS). 1) Complete inventory of all Fire Dampers including adding a CMMS number for

each 2) Complete as-built plans showing the location of all dampers and their associated

CMMS number 3) Report will include all dampers, their condition and what repair/maintenance

would be required. 4) The repair/replacement of any dampers identified as requiring this would

be done in future years and will be on the BMP list for next year.
