Description

This project consists in the development and implementation of above ground high pressure

steam piping systems inspection and testing programs. The inspection and testing programs for

above ground high pressure steam piping systems must include the following key elements: - A

pressure piping inventory and systems schematics which includes an accurate database with

detailed information about high pressure steam piping that exists in each building. - A standard

protocol for carrying out these testing and for documenting the results in a consistent manner

throughout the portfolio. - Inspection and testing procedures which include visual inspections,

none- destructive testing and others testing. -Inspection and testing priorities. Age of piping (>

25 years), Bad piping failure records, Large buildings and Steam piping.
