Description

The intent of this project is to obtain consultant services to provide plans and specifications to replace and insulate four original heat exchangers in the B1 main mechanical room of the Jean Talon building. The heat exchangers have either surpassed or are nearing the end of their service life, typically 20-25 years, and should be replaced. The units will be resized to suit current building loads and will have an increase in efficiency.
