Description

SSC have downsized their space requirements which intails fit-up of the revised usable area. The construction involves minor demolition, construction of demising walls, new entrance into the space, glazing in some demising walls, minor interior space renovations including relocation of security equipment and installation of white noise system, possibly a relocation of the kitchenette, HVAC and electrical changes due to renovation. The supply and installation of furnitue will be procured by ESDC. IT installation by SSC through ESDC.
