Description

Excessive speeding, ignoring right of way and disobeying stop signs have been observed on campus roadways and
in parking lots. There have been many near misses for other drivers and pedestrians. This project is to install traffic
control measures (speed bumps) to address the dangerous situation. It is required for the consultant to review
campus layout and proposed speed bump locations and provide a detailed design for implementation.
