GOC754266 - Contractor - Fire Alarm System Upgrade

Construction Deliverable
This tender is to proceed with replacement of existing fire alarm panel in basement and annunciator on main floor. Provide new ADA type visual signals throughout the building per current Manitoba Building Code.
 
Allowance made for two new signal bells (one in basement and one on the fourth floor) to bring the existing building up to current Manitoba Building Code standards for audible signals. Provide two new weatherproof strobes and bells at roof level, one near each Penthouse exterior door. This would include for testing and verifications of the new panel as well as all existing end devices and new devices connecting to the new panel.
 
Commissioning Requirements
Commissioning will be required to observe functional testing of installed equipment. This will be done by 3rd Party Commissioning Consultant currently hired by BGIS.
 
Security Requirements
This work can be done at any time of the year. PWGSC Reliability and DOS security clearance is required to bid on this work.
